Home brewed beer

Chemists don’t just brew well in the lab – but also beer! This has already been proven by NFDI4Chem member Nikki Parks when she and Nils Lichtenberg became the 2021 German Home Brew Champions for their “Hopfenweisse”. Nikki and Nils are already hard at work on the recipe for a New England IPA for this year’s competition.
