
Workshop – FAIR Research Data Management: Basics for Scientists

Get ready to do good quality research!
WHY: Good Research Data Management (RDM) is essential to ensure that your research data is FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
WHAT: This course will guide you through the basics of RDM and apply them to a chemical context. We will also look at an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) example. You will test your acquired knowledge directly in practice using examples and tasks.
WHO: PhD candidates and above, with a focus on chemistry and related disciplines
WHERE: in person, Mainz University (a virtual participation is not possible)
This workshop is a cooperation of NFDI4Chem and Network NatLife. The local RDM team will also be present at the workshop in order to address local specifics, requirements, offers and services in particular.
